Booking
How booking works
A date is only confirmed after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
1. Inquiry
Send your event details. No account needed. Submitting a form does not reserve a date.
2. Review
We check crew availability, travel time, setup time and equipment before replying.
3. Quote
You receive a written quote with scope, deliverables and the applicable policy.
4. Contract
Accept and sign electronically. Your signed copy is preserved and downloadable.
5. Deposit
Pay the deposit through secure hosted checkout. The balance is invoiced separately.
6. Confirmed
Only now is your date locked in your calendar and in ours.
