Vibrasyon 7 Productions
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to wedding photography services provided by Vibrasyon 7 Productions. Videography is not included unless it is added through a separate written agreement.
This agreement represents the complete understanding between Vibrasyon 7 Productions, referred to as the “Photographer,” and the named client or couple, referred to as the “Client.”
It supersedes all previous or simultaneous verbal and written agreements, discussions, representations, or communications between the parties. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
A payment equal to 50% of the selected package price is required to reserve the Photographer’s services and secure the Client’s wedding date.
Of the total package price, 25% is non-refundable at the time of booking.
For clarity, the Client’s initial booking payment is 50% of the package price, but an amount equal to 25% of the total package price will remain non-refundable.
The wedding date will not be reserved until the required initial payment and signed agreement have been received.
After the initial booking payment, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks before the wedding date.
If payment is not received by the due date, the Photographer will attempt to contact the Client using the information provided during booking.
If the Client does not respond or complete the required payment, Vibrasyon 7 Productions reserves the right to consider the agreement canceled by the Client and make the wedding date available to another client.
The non-refundable portion of the booking payment will not be returned.
If the wedding lasts longer than the coverage time included in the selected package and the Client requests additional photography coverage, additional fees will apply.
Additional wedding coverage is billed at $250 per hour.
Services or products not included in the original package — including additional albums, parent albums, canvases, prints, photographers, or other items — must be purchased separately.
Purchasing additional products or services does not automatically change or upgrade the Client’s original package unless both parties agree to the change in writing.
If the Client cancels the service agreement for any reason, an amount equal to 25% of the selected package price will remain non-refundable.

The Client must notify the Photographer of a cancellation by email, text message, or phone. Any cancellation made by phone should also be confirmed in writing.
If Vibrasyon 7 Productions is unable to provide the agreed photography services, all payments received from the Client will be refunded.
The Photographer does not guarantee a specific number of images.
Wedding packages include photography throughout the number of coverage hours listed in the selected package, without a predetermined maximum number of photographs being taken.
The final wedding photographs will be delivered approximately 10 weeks after the wedding date.
Delivery may be made through email, an online gallery, a USB drive, an album, prints, or another delivery method included in the selected package.
The Client is responsible for downloading and creating backup copies of all photographs and digital files received from Vibrasyon 7 Productions.

Once the photographs have been successfully delivered, Vibrasyon 7 Productions will not be responsible if the Client loses, deletes, damages, or can no longer access the files or physical products.
The Photographer must follow all rules and restrictions established by the ceremony officiant, church, venue, reception management, or other authorized personnel.
It is the Client’s responsibility to communicate with those parties and request permission or changes to any photography restrictions.
Vibrasyon 7 Productions may provide technical recommendations but cannot guarantee that a venue or officiant will modify its rules.
The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client’s requests and may provide professional guidance or creative direction when necessary.
Vibrasyon 7 Productions retains the copyright to all photographs created during the wedding.
The Client grants Vibrasyon 7 Productions permission to use and publish photographs featuring the Client for purposes including:
This permission does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the Client.
Vibrasyon 7 Productions grants the Client permission to print, duplicate, enlarge, and reproduce the delivered photographs for personal use.
This print release applies to images delivered through email, online gallery, USB drive, or another authorized delivery method.
The Client may not sell the photographs, license them to another business, claim authorship, or use them commercially without prior written permission from Vibrasyon 7 Productions.
By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions established by Vibrasyon 7 Productions.
