An inquiry is a request, not a reservation. A date becomes a confirmed booking only after we approve availability, you accept and sign the contract, and the required deposit is received.
While you complete checkout, your date may be held temporarily. Holds expire, and an expired hold releases the date to other clients.
Every booking is governed by a written contract covering event details, scope, deliverables, delivery deadlines, payment schedule, overtime, travel fees, revisions, cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, weather and provider cancellation.
The version you sign is preserved with its timestamp and audit history. Later template edits never change an agreement that has already been signed.
Totals, deposits and outstanding balances are calculated on our server. Deposits are paid through secure hosted checkout. The balance is invoiced separately with its own payment link and is never charged automatically without your authorization.
MonCash and NatCash, when offered, may be verified manually: a submitted reference or screenshot stays pending until the transaction is confirmed in the receiving account.
Delivery deadlines and the number of included revision rounds are stated in your contract. Delivered files are available in your private client portal.
Permission to use your photos or video for our marketing is optional and kept separate from the service contract. You can decline and still receive identical service.
